Idaho Author Signs Debut Novel

Jake Two Feathers is a retired Special Forces officer who begrudgingly helps Professor Haraldsen and his daughter Nicole track the source of some prehistoric artifacts. Their search takes them to the desert of eastern Idaho to an area known as The Anvil. But they aren't the only ones searching for something.

Davies will sign copies of his book, a story of "diamonds, Paleolithic Indians, an erupting volcano, love, murder, drugs and neo-Nazis" on Friday, Oct. 17 at the Flying M Coffeegarage, 1314 Second St. S Nampa, from noon to 3 p.m.; and on Saturday, Oct. 18 from noon to 3 p.m. at Flying M Coffeehouse, 500 W. Idaho St., Boise.
