Guns, Knives and Dinosaur Meat

Posted By on Fri, Oct 16, 2009 at 3:26 PM

This evening, take a slow-mo Pterodactyl ride on the goofy, costumed awesome train that is Seattle’s non-novelty band, A Gun That Shoots Knives.

In preparation for tonight’s show at VAC—which also features Seattle band VALU-PAK and Boise group Angels of Dust ( who are rumored to be disbanding)—we’ve got a little homework for you.

Watch the video posted below for AGTSK’s “Dinosaurs Were Real” and memorize a few choice lines to sing along at the show. We suggest “If you’d put your hand on a dinosaur’s behind / the synapses would fire and travel up the spine. / Because they weren’t made of plastic and they weren’t made of wood. / They were made of meat and that meat tasted good.”

For more information on tonight's show, stomp your little feet over this way.
