The Record Exchange has a special surprise for fans of the instrumental Chicago-based art metal band Pelican at their free in-store today at 5:30 p.m. What is it? Their lips are zipped.

But one thing they will admit is that they have limited-edition deluxe copies of Pelican’s fourth studio album What We All Come To Need for sale. And, as an added bonus, if you buy the album directly from the band, you’ll receive a special DVD that is limited to 2,000 copies worldwide.

If you can’t make it over to the Record Exchange in the next couple of hours, make sure to migrate down to the Neurolux tonight with your fellow darters, tropicbirds, gannets and cormorants to rock out with your beak out to Pelican.

With Black Cobra and Sweet Cobra, $8 Record Exchange, $10 Door.
