Need Something to do Today?

Posted By on Thu, Oct 7, 2010 at 9:26 AM

I feel bad for the Robotics Competition at the Discovery Center this weekend. Because while normally I'm the first one to jump on all topics robot-related, today, tomorrow and the next, there's only one game in town: Promenade. And while it might be simpler to pick one show and plant, the whole point is to do as the name suggest and promenade all over town.

Here's the course I charted for the evening.

-Linen Building kick-off with Paean and Hosannas at 3:30 p.m.
-Don't Sleep Boise showcase at the VAC with DJ Snug the Joiner and Dedicated Servers at 7 p.m.
-Neurolux for Surfer Blood and the Drums at 8:30 p.m.
-Knitting Factory to catch Mike Herrarra's set at 10:35 p.m.
-Back to the VAC for Owlright.

But to quote Levar Burton in Reading Rainbow: You don't have to take my word for it. The full schedule is here and comments are open to offer alternative routes through Thursdays lineup.
