Tickets On Sale: Guster, Jan. 16, Knitting Factory

Tickets to see Boston-based alt-rockers Guster in January at the Knitting Factory go on sale this Friday, Oct. 15, at 10 a.m.

Along with making approachable guitar rock, the members of Guster also have a sense of humor, as evidenced by their videos—check out "One Man Wrecking Machine"—and penchant for Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight." Watching drummer Brian Rosenworcel step out from behind his drums and approach the mic with such gravity before belting out, "I can feel it, comin' in the air tonight, oh lord" very painfully is funny every time.

Here they are in the studio working on "Do You Love Me" off their brand new album Easy Wonderful (Universal Republic), which dropped on Oct. 5.

Find them on Twitter at @guster.

Tickets are $20.50 advance, $22 day of show or $50.50 for the Platinum Skybox and are available at ticketfly.com or knittingfactory.com.
