Stock Your Cellar at Brick Oven Bistro Today

Whether your wine cellar is more “labyrinthine underground cavern” or “couple of bottles left over from your wedding sitting in a box in the back of the garage,” you can beef up your stockpile today at the Brick Oven Bistro.

Stock Your Cellar will feature 20 seasonal wines selected for cellaring at special holiday pricing. For $10 per person, you can taste all 20 wines alongside expert Brad Cowan of BRJ Distributing while snacking on complementary hors d’oeuvres. Tastings begin at 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and tasters are encouraged to call ahead for reservations at 208-342-3456.
