A Dark Day for Local Bright Eyes Fans: Boise Show Canceled

Posted By on Tue, May 3, 2011 at 5:00 PM

Local Bright Eyes fans are going to be as sad as Conor Oberst would be to learn that another Bush was moving into the White House: The band's Boise show, scheduled for Wednesday, June 1, at the Knitting Factory (with Jenny and Johnny opening) has been canceled because of a scheduling conflict. According to the Knitting Factory, Bright Eyes hopes to reschedule a Boise stop for fall.

Tickets purchased online will automatically be refunded. Otherwise, return to wherever you purchased tickets to get your money back.

The worst part of this whole thing is that the Bright Eyes show scheduled for Tuesday, May 31, at the Knitting Factory in Spokane, Wash., has not been canceled.

Spokane: 1, Boise: 0.
