Need Something To Do Sunday?

As if there wasn't enough live music going on this week—with the Gene Harris Jazz Festival and the Treefort Music Fest madness—there's also a pretty solid show happening tonight at the Knitting Factory.

Rehab (the band, not what you may need after your wild music-fest bender) will play the Knit at 8 p.m.

The group formed about a decade ago, after Danny (Boone) Alexander and Jason Brooks (Brooks Buford) met at a rehab facility and, according to the band's website, "connected over their love of music."

2008's remix of "Bartender Song (Sittin' at the Bar)" hit No. 64 on the Billboard Hot 100, and the album Graffiti the World sold more than 300,000 copies. Odds are, you or someone you know has slurred through that track after imbibing some adult beverages once or twice.

The group is now touring in support of its album Gullible's Travels, which dropped Feb. 12. Doors to the Knitting Factory show open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $13-$25 and available via the KFCH website.
