As you peruse your Easter basket, here's some real food for thought. The Daily Beast published a list of the "most calorific candies," ranking a number of the Easter indulgences that are, no doubt, being consumed by millions of people today.

1. Hershey's Mini Robin Eggs: 24 eggs are 190 calories, 32 grams of sugar
2. Seven-ounce Russell Stover Chocolate Bunny: 1/5 of the bunny is 220 calories, 22 grams of sugar
3. M&M Speck-tacular Eggs: 1/4 cup is 210 calories, 27 grams of sugar
4. Nestle Butterfinger Eggs: five eggs are 210 calories, 24 grams of sugar
5. Lindt Milk Chocolate Bunny: 1/5 of the bunny is 210 calories, 22 grams of sugar
6. Reese's Pieces Pastel Eggs: 12 eggs are 180 calories, 22 grams of sugar
7. Brach's Traditional Jelly Beans: 14 jelly beans are 150 calories, 30 grams of sugar
8. Skittles Pastels: 1/4 cup is 160 calories, 28 grams of sugar
9. Marshmallow Peeps: five chicks are 140 calories, 34 grams of sugar
10. Russell Stover Marshmallow Eggs: 1 egg is 170 calories, 22 grams of sugar
11. SweeTarts Jelly Beans: 26 jelly beans are 140 calories, 30 grams of sugar
12. M&M's Solid Milk Chocolate Bunny: 1/4 of the bunny is 190 calories, 21 grams of sugar
13. Peepsters: five pieces are 180 calories, 21 grams of sugar
14. Brach's Chicks & Rabbits: five pieces are 150 calories, 25 grams of sugar
