Need Something To Do Sunday?

Treasure Valley residents certainly aren't lacking places to nab original artwork while getting back to nature. While Art in the Park doesn't take place for another month, Nampa is presenting its 21st installment of an art-park combo this weekend.

The Nampa Festival of the Arts kicked off Saturday, but it will provide plenty of entertainment and artistic creations today, as well. From 11 a.m.-4 p.m., more than 150 vendors will set up shop at Lakeview Park, located at Garrity Boulevard and 16th Avenue North.

The day's entertainment schedule will feature performances from the Pat Harris Dance Studio, jazz guitar guru Ben Burdick, the JB Duo and gospel-jazz-blues-vocalist-turned-politico Cherie Buckner-Webb. For a map of the festivities in the park, click here.
