Boise loves it some hip-hop. Macklemore's Oct. 18 sold-out show at the Knitting Factory included a dance floor full of young Idahoans putting their hands in the air and forming one big, bouncing mass. And today, the city can again show its love for the genre when Zion 1 stops by Neurolux.

The Oakland, Calif., duo will bring its surprisingly chill sound to the beloved bar/concert venue at 7 p.m. DJ AmpLive and MC Zumbi have been making music together since the late '90s and will play Neurolux as part of their Shadow Boxing Tour. Portland, Ore.,'s Customary Hip Hop will also perform.

Tickets are available for $18 at the Record Exchange and at Ticketweb, or $20 at the door.
