Do you love books, but are short on money? Then check out the Annual Fall Holiday Book Sale, taking place at the warehouse across the street from the Boise Public Library's Main Branch, located at 762 River St.

The sale, presented by The Friends of the Boise Public Library, is open today through Sunday, Oct. 28. For the personal or holiday shopper, old and collectable books, vintage magazines, new and gently used books, software, videos and music will be available. Staffers will add books and other media to the sale every day except Sunday, so the selection is variable.

A preview sale will take place today for Friends members from 4-7 p.m., but new members are welcome to participate. On Sunday, Oct. 28, all books will be half-price.

The event is FREE to the public. For more information, visit
