Need Something To Do Monday?

Adults have it bad over the holidays. Parents go broke gifting this time of year—it's our patriotic duty, what with the economy and all—and sweat bullets if there's one name not crossed off our shopping list come Christmas morning.

Children have it just as bad. Christmas Eve is usually spent helping parents prepare the roast beast, sitting around, getting groomed and generally being bored, all while waiting for Santa to drop down the chimney and scatter loot under the tree.

Nobody has it good, but the kids can have it a little better at the Kids Holiday Party at Smoky Mountain Pizza's Eagle location.

The deal is, kids eat free pizza, drink free soda, meet with Santa and enjoy activities and prizes while you, oh clever parent, get to sit back and take a breather.

It's free and starts at 11 a.m.
