Are you already sick of all this warm weather? Does the sight of the Boise River, inching closer towards the date when it opens for rafting, remind you of frozen surfaces and ice skates?

Today, Idaho IceWorld is hosting a Stick Handling and Passing Clinic at 5:15 p.m. Hockey players ages 7-18 will learn how to use a hockey stick for balance and stability, and how to pass with accuracy with several coaches on the ice giving tips and pointers. Students are divided by skill level, and beginners and advanced players are all welcome. Bring your own hockey gear. Registration is available online or at the rink, and admission is $10 per player.

For more info call Anna Schimelpfenig at 208-608-7718.
