Need Something To Do Tuesday?

Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is not what you'd call light reading. However, if you want a funny Frankenstein, look no further than Mel Brooks' black-and-white spin (spoof? spinoof?) on the genre classic.

Gene Wilder, Peter Boyle and Cloris Leachman star in this Halloween-noir comedy presented by Boise Classic Movies at the Egyptian Theatre. The movie needs to sell 200 tickets to be screened, so buy yours and bring your best adult diapers. Laughter-pee. It's a problem.

7 p.m. $9 advance, $11 door. Egyptian Theatre, 700 W. Main St., Boise, 208-345-0454, egyptiantheatre.net
