Steven Spielberg's 1993 masterpiece Jurassic Park offered a few helpful tips in relation to dinosaurs: If you don't move, Tyrannosaurus Rex can't see you, if you have to pee in an emergency scenario just hold it in, and build your storage cabinets with a mirrored, reflective surface in case velociraptors raid your kitchen. Hopefully you won't have to take any of these into consideration, but you've been warned.

Featuring life-sized thunder lizards, jungles and archaeological dig sites,  Jurassic Quest provides the opportunity to ride dinosaurs, dig for fossils and more when it comes to Expo Idaho this weekend. If you want to be a hero, gather all the dinosaur flicks you can find, facilitate a movie marathon/sleepover and take the kids to dinosaur paradise. You will forever go down in parent/uncle/aunt/grandparent/sibling/odd-but-loveable next door neighbor history as the coolest ever.

Saturday-Sunday, 10 a.m. $13-$22, Expo Idaho, 5610 N. Glenwood St., Boise, 281-251-7237,
