Need Something To Do Wednesday?

Posted By on Wed, Jul 2, 2014 at 8:52 AM

Leave your 21st century life behind for a night and slip into the underworld of the Roaring Twenties. The Bouquet will transform from a modern nightclub to a swingin’ speakeasy complete with live jazz, blues and swing performed by the Jack Hale Five. If you’re not confident in your dance moves, leave your worries behind, because Joel Hunter and Stephanie Hinton of Heirloom Dance Studio will teach you everything you need to know.

Channel your inner Gatsby, enter through the tea room and meet the door man, just like you would at The Cotton Club in the Big Apple of the 20s. Ditch the boring dinner date and don a fedora; fake pearls and feather boas are encouraged.

9 p.m. $10. The Bouquet, 1010 W Main St., 208-345-6605, brownpapertickets.com.
