Vegas Festival // No Sleep 'Till Tucson

Posted By on Fri, Mar 12, 2010 at 3:38 PM

Vegas has never been known as a place to get some shuteye... and as tour ramps up toward SXSW, it definitely did it's part last night to deprive us of sleep... stayed up late munching popcorn and drinking beers with the Irish (autumn owls), the Kiwis (the ruby suns) and the locals (twin brother) at Dino's in old Vegas with 70s soft porn on the tele and "drunks of the week" photos on the wall... those darn irish made it quite clear that sleep was not an option. made some rad new friends last night!

show at Beauty Bar for first night of Neon Reverb Festival was rad. outside stage was cold cold cold, but didn't affect the lively crowd or the stellar lineup. locals Twin Brother took the stage at 2am in the 40degree weather and were sweeeeeet.

after a good solid 2 hrs of sleep we fired up the Ghost Ghost and headed to Tucson and for warmer weather.... crossed the Hoover Dam for the first time and got a glimpse of the construction of the new epic bridge...
