Equaleyes Day 3:Salt Lake>Breckenridge

Salt Lake City. Took us a long time to get into a groove here but lovin it nowadays! Played a tight show with a few new songs and covers that are feeling really solid. Been playin some solo acoustic songs during set-breaks and getting some new material ironed out which has felt good. just learned a Paolo Nutini song called "High Hopes" which flows nicely into an old tune of mine, "happiness can be the devil" which has felt great to dust off. After the show we followed some scribbled directions to an old friends house where I instantly passed out and woke up to hustling skiers chasing the new powder. A friend of ours over by westminster college cooked us an amazing waffle breakfast and we hit the road towards Denver! Ended up cruising up to Breckenridge to catch our old friends "YAMN" opening up for "The Kyle Hollingsworth Band"(Keys player from S.C.I.!) and partying with their crew. Ended up at a house next to the most giant ski hill i think Ive ever seen, chatting with a few people very high on mushrooms and drinking whiskey before passing out next to a dog bed on the floor. On our way to denver to play with a band we met years ago called "Home" that we've never played with!!! Adios-
