Back inside, the private quarters are comprised of two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a master suite with a three-quarter bathroom. Both of the smaller bedrooms have windows that look out at the narrow side yard. The full bathroom is outfitted with a bathtub/shower combo and a single vanity with a new sink and faucet. The bathroom's creamy ivory and dark brown color scheme is tastefully neutral and ready for colorful textiles.

The master bedroom is so immaculate that even the baseboards appear to be polished. The master bathroom is underequipped by modern standards. It only has a shower stall and a single vanity. But what it may lack by not having a bathtub or dual vanity, it gains by providing ample floor space for traffic to flow during daily beautification rituals. Besides, it is easily large enough for secretly practicing the "Maniac" warm-up scene from Flashdance before performing it on the back patio for the neighbors.

Pros: Immaculate family home in established West Boise neighborhood.

Cons: Some buyers may want a bathtub in the master bathroom.
