Ada County Sheriff's Deputies said they were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection of State and Eagle Road, and placed the suspect under arrest. Police added the stolen money had been recovered.
Earlier this week, Boise police sent out an announcement, asking for the public's help in investigating three bank robberies: the April 14 incident, as well as robberies on July 22 and July 25.
On Thursday evening, police arrested Ernest Tavares III, 23, at his West Boise home and booked him into the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony robbery. He's expected to be arraigned later today.
