Re: “Sofia's Greek Bistro

Sofia's ROCKS!!! Ann Marie is the BEST server! The food is REAL Greek! All food has generous portions at a great price! Very authentic! I wish they would open another location downtown or in Meridian! I have eaten greek food all over the world, this is a keeper for Boise!!

Re: “Mazzah-Parkcenter

Oh boy, where do I start? My husband went there with co-workers and tried to convince me to go with him the next time. He said the food was amazing. Me, being super stubborn, didn't want to but he finally convinced me. I regret not going sooner! I crave this food all the time! It's absolutely delicious. I just wish there was a restaurant out toward meridian or nampa. Definitely worth the money!

Re: “The Gyro Shack

so, we're new to town and went to another place that serves gyro's and we loved it. So we figured we'd give this a try. BIG mistake. Their chicken is like a thick slice of bologna. Nasty. Will not ever eat there again. Ever.

Re: “Cazba Restaurant and Opa Lounge

I enjoyed a very nice meal with my family. The food was very good and the service was fast, welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere of restaurant was comfortable, visually interesting and clean. The staff was appropriately and professionally dressed, polite and attentive. Prices were reasonable for being a nicer dinning establishment. I'm looking forward to enjoying a meal here again. Thanks to everyone who took care of us.

Re: “The Gyro Shack

Why would anyone go to McDonalds when this great food is right across the street? The food is tasty, great quality and reasonably priced. Good variety, too.

Re: “Cazba Restaurant and Opa Lounge

The food was mediocre at best. Lots of better restaurants in Boise. Weirdest experience ever ordering a drink. No matter what kind of stud I imagine myself to be, I haven't discovered the Fountain of Youth, so when I was asked for ID at age 65, I thought it was a joke. The owner was brought in to explain some imaginary State Law, but agreed to allow the drink to be served. Wish he hadn't because I then observed him and his waiters serve people 30 years younger ( No ID ). I travel for a living and won't be recommending this place ever. When I questioned his double standard, he still tried to pontificate his position. Not GOOD for Boise.

Re: “Mazzah-State Street

By far The Mazzah is one of the most clean and friendly places to eat here in Boise, great food, great people and most of all great customer service!

Re: “Mazzah-State Street

LOVE this place!!! Everytime I come in to order food, the cashiers greet me with a smile and a warm welcome. Aside from the service, their 4-side order samplers with generous portions of my favorites (Baba Ganooj, Hummus, Dolma, and Mujadarra) are awesome!! I also love their Turkish coffee, whether your in the mood for it or not: it adds a good touch drinking it behind dinner and makes a good dessert drink with a piece of Baklava!!! Can't plug this place enough!!! <3

Worlds best chicken kabob platter!!! I do not know what they use to season them but just thinking of it makes my stomach growl. Try the baba ghanooj as well!!!

Re: “Mazzah-State Street

Wow....the food is amazing. I've ate Mediterranean food from other restaurants but I have to say by far that this place was the very best in its cuisine. The prices are great, the customer service was wonderful, really made me feel welcomed and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be back and be bringing my friends with me.
