Re: “Leaders Break Ground on Housing-First Development for Chronically Homeless in Boise

Homelessness doesn't cause addiction.
Addiction causes homelessness.

Re: “Leaders Break Ground on Housing-First Development for Chronically Homeless in Boise

"According to a Boise State University study, 100 chronically homeless Boiseans cost the community at least $5.3 million per year"

How to 100 people each cost $53,000 per year which is more than the average household income for the USA and higher than the average household income for all of Idaho, both cases meaning multiple people!?!? Government inefficiency again or what?

"I'm moving to Boise!" said every homeless person across the country who learns about this.

I know that this article will ultimately help at least one individual out there who is struggling, and that would be plenty. Thank you again to Boise Weekly and Lex Nelson!

Re: “President Trump's Move on DACA Leaves Idahoans in Limbo

You can't be serious he isn't pushing for exactly "That" he ran his campaign on a promise of mass deportation if congress does pass an immigration reform it won't be because of bigoted ideology

Re: “President Trump's Move on DACA Leaves Idahoans in Limbo

""It would be better to have immigration reform, but how it is with Donald Trump in office, I don't see anything happening," Estrada said."

Mr Estrada should put aside the left wing dogma and realize that President Trump is pushing for exactly that, immigration reform. Congress is finally feeling the pressure to act instead of bloviate.

Re: “Idaho Power Residential Customers Will See Rate Increases, Effective Today

>Last time I checked even Idaho Power employees have to pay a power bill, including the CEO. It's got nothing to do with corporate greed or corruption.

Let's do the math. You're the CEO of Idaho Power, you increase rates and your electric bill goes up by 3%. You also get a 3% raise. Hmmm.... dunno about you but I'd gladly pay an extra 3% on electric if it meant I got a 3% raise on my salary.

You chose to forget on 9/11? That's sad. 9/11 is not about a storm or illegals in our country.
Here's something the Clinton's Bush's and Obama tried very hard to hide forever.

Bannon has not been kicked out of the White House. Bannon is now free to take down the GOP RINOs in Trumps path.

Wtf? "Liberal"? I'm proud to be socially liberal in respect to everyone's choice to live and worship how they please, as long as they're not interfering with the pursuit of happiness of others.

Not sure how "liberalism" has anything to do with promoting murder, so check yourself. The system apparently failed us all, and that's not a product of one side vs. another.

Re: “Sept. 7, 2017: What to Know

Oh look, another failed liberal cause! Bruce Marchant. Read prior statesman articles about this POS and how the SJW and rental profiteers made it possible for him to survive as a bottom feeder for several years in Boise. Ironic it was the landlord's child he killed, but could have been anyone. Some people simply need to be exterminated like the bugs they are. Idiot SJW want to give them unlimited chances to redeem themselves.

Re: “UPDATED: Idaho Secretary of State Fulfills Presidential Election Integrity Commission Voter Roll Request

I'm not a big fan of Trump but truly enjoy how upsetting he is to so many core party people on both sides. Extra special chuckle for the sniveling SJWs who have wasted so much of my time and money supporting lost causes while attempting to make life difficult for hardworking proud Americans. You know our country is broken when illegals march on our Universities with a Mexican flag, giving us the finger, while we pay for their food, clothing, housing, and tuition. Trump's audit of the voter logs is a good thing. When the race got tight Obama and Hillary openly told illegals to vote. Many recorded interviews at polling places indicated election workers were willing to allow illegals to vote.

Re: “Jury Awards $1.5 Million to Detective in ISP Whistleblower Trial

A very similar story to the nurse getting arrested in SLC in July. The part of the SLC story they are not talking about is why did the police so desperately need a blood sample? Because the police pressed a vehicle chase so hard they put the general public at risk and caused an accident. They needed a way to blame the burn injury patient for his burns. They wanted to show he was on drugs. Never mind he was loaded with morphine from being in the burn unit. The police would have taken that sample and written him a DUI ticket. The Utah police are well known for writing DUI tickets to sober people with a limp. The police should not be allowed to handle evidence anymore because the police have a track record of falsifying evidence such as exposed in this ISP case and many many others caught on video across the country. The biggest danger to American's liberty today is the police. Don't get too excited about this case. A higher court full of insider appointees with skeletons in the closet with reduce or overturn the lower court? I think the finding of the rancher shooting in Council need to be reexamined and likely many other ISP investigations.
