This Boise City Council will have a lot of death on their hands because of this.

Re: “UPDATE: Boise Foothills Flap Surfaces in Idaho Supreme Court

Anyone ever hear of scenic corridors? They are being destroyed in Boise. A big part of what makes Boise 'Livable' is fast disappearing. That open area anchors the central foothills. Without it the area is just another over developed tract.

Re: “UPDATE: Labrador Files Paperwork to Run for Idaho Governor

When we had to look at "Dumb" George W for 8 years, we thought it couldn't get any worse. Now we have to deal with "Dumber" Trump. Who knew America could stoop even lower?? Now, Idaho. We have been stuck with Butch, which seems like an eternity.....and now we might get Labrador?? Dumb, Dumber, & Dumbest. I can't even.........

Re: “How One Major Internet Company Helps Serve Up Hate on the Web

The most Nazi-like people in America elected Obama and tried to elect Hillary. Many of them work for Universities. I too dislike the hate groups. I suggest the liberals turn against hate groups like MS13. As it is now you are paying for food and rent for MS13 baby moms with all free welfare stuff.

Re: “City of Boise Begins Crafting Cultural Master Plan

Boise needs more violent crime and random violence on innocents before it can claim to have an American metropolitan culture. What can we do to enhance these shortcomings? Perhaps import the people with these cultural tendencies? Perhaps change our safety net of free stuff to focus it more on people who never contribute and always sponge?

Re: “Climate Strange: Idaho's Tug of War on Climate Change

People, why is this even a debate. Solar electricity with lithium batteries is more reliable and now cheaper over 20 years than fuel based power. period. There are no moving parts or fluids to manage and the LiFePO4 batteries are stable unlike gasoline that turns to tar after 6 months, toxic to breathe or drink and explosive. And before you look ignorant, look up the specific lithium battery I mentioned. It is NOT like the other chemistries, even lead acid or AGM which IS STILL a giant box of LEAD is prone to fails, a neuro toxin and has acid. LiFePO4 could be spread out on your lawn as fertilizer it is so safe. Get real, electricity SPINS things by its nature. How long has your cheep bathroom fan lasted!?! Every building in the US has electricity, drive on it. Use oil for plastic chairs and nice jackets, etc. Get 50 years use instead of 10 minutes out of that gallon. But the biggest reason= oil comes from 'somewhere else' and you must IMPORT it. Once you own a battery that lasts 10+ years you make your own power LOCALLY. duh...

Re: “UPDATE: Boise Foothills Flap Surfaces in Idaho Supreme Court

It's high time Boise started practicing the values they profess to support in their own plans. No More Ridgetop Building! Are you the Most Livable city or the most compromised

Re: “UPDATE: Boise Foothills Flap Surfaces in Idaho Supreme Court

Bad geo-engineering and research developed into what happened to some random foothill homes sliding . There are still hundred of homes built on foothills and to assume every foothill home is going to start sliding off their foundation is ludicrous.

Re: “UPDATE: Boise Foothills Flap Surfaces in Idaho Supreme Court

So for the sake of development, they want to tear up Quail Hollow and property owned by the BSD. Doesn't sound like a good deal to me. Build somewhere else, or go around. It'll just mean 120 fewer homes sliding down the foothills.

Re: “UPDATE: Boise Foothills Flap Surfaces in Idaho Supreme Court

How do the developers and the Court fail to notice there are mansions sliding down the foothills? It's stupid to build where nature says no

Re: “Along Came Poly

David, it sounds like you have had some really terrible experiences with people who are pretty unsavory, and who also identity as poly. I'm sorry that has colored your view of the entire polyamorous community!
While it's true that people use all kinds of excuses to justify their bad behavior, it's my hope that articles like this one can help people better understand the difference between the larger community and that one jerk who used the label to justify his actions.

Re: “What Constitutes a 'Clean, Sober and Safe' House in Idaho?

I find it funny that everyone is touting about the profiteering side but nobody can explain it. I believe in following the money.

Copious and $20 are you not answering because you yourselves don't understand.

Re: “What Constitutes a 'Clean, Sober and Safe' House in Idaho?

To $20 Minimum,

I liked your response attacking one another is not the answer. I think everyone has valid points. With Copious Disrespect I felt stereotyped. I believe he even has valid concerns. I was on the side of a man who lived in these houses and it really helped.

I also don't understand the profiting side. What I went through I was amazed how much control Ascent had over my care. For those who don't know Ascent is the therapy part of the program. They seem to control everything. I have lost my housing and just lost my medications.

Can anyone explain if or how this all works together. I don't understand the profiting side?

I think this really deserves a conversation. I also apologize if I offended anyone in my posts. I have been living in my car and was just a little emotional. I would like to understand Copious & 20 dollar side a little more?
