Re: “Campfire Stories

Lets clean up our air quality by cleaning up the wildland firefighting industry. They dither around with the fires for as long as possible. It damages our health. It costs more than it should. It denies us use of our wildlands.

Re: “Author Ali Noorani: There Goes The Neighborhood

Why are all these dark skinned foreign guys fascinated with 7 or above white chicks. They lease a Mercedes to get a date with a blonde. Seems kinda racist on their part.

Re: “Community Bookmaking Workshop at BAM

Bookmakers don't "[cheat] gamblers out of their money"--they set odds. It's a mathematical concept. So learn what words mean before you attempt silly wordplay ...

Re: “A Million Steps: Kurt's 500-Mile Journey on the Camino de Santiago

I started your journey 3 days ago in your words, not your steps. I'm 56yrs. old, depressed, struggling each day just to get out of bed. Reading about your walk is waking my soul a day at a time. I go for infusion treatments once a month for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am also a lesbian Christian & my supposed church of the past 8 years have compared me to murderers! I'm LOST.

Re: “Backstabbing Bitches is Breathtakingly Bad

Wow Josh! I am flattered you reviewed my book. May I add the first book I have ever written in my entire life that I am so proud of. Yes, Josh. It was a dream come true! Writing my very own book. It would make sense to use real life situations (fake people of course) because who else can tell those stories better than I. The editor I hired to review my book would be so pleased to know you took the time to pick apart the punctuation. I read nutrition labels all the time Josh, Don't you know how important they are! Oh, silly me I am using too many exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There Josh, bash it, pick it apart & service it up for supper!!!!!!!!!!

Re: “Precious by Kelly Broich is Deliciously Bizarre

This is a damn good book! Caleb wields a samuri blade and cuts his will into the souls of all that dare cross his quest. A man, on a mission for love. Ready to do whatever it takes to win his girl. His god fearin' mom always runnin around tellin' Caleb his business! Talkin' nonsense about the after world and what not! The man just wants his Hockey team to win the championship! Damn demon coyotes runnin' around causin' trouble. Hallucinations, UPS Men, Shopping at the Mall! It's all there people? YA get it? Do you really get it? I DON' THINK SO!

Re: “Precious by Kelly Broich is Deliciously Bizarre

I just ripped through the Kindle version and found it perfectly balanced. You just need to be able to comprehend the satrical complexity of the themes that drive the story. I'm sure it will be superficially analyzed by many because there is really nothing like it. It's hard to compare. I think this novel could be STUDIED. I agree, though, Broich creates a weird, fun world. I hope he creates more. This guy is a hell of a good writer.

Re: “A Natural Born Citizen

It's absurd because there are so many morons who cannot see that the online birth certificate is a total fake--in about 15 different ways. I give up on you dummies!

Re: “Children's Author Jan Brett Will Roll Into Boise, Rock Star Style

Yup, 10 a.m.-noon at the Fred Meyer on Fairview Avenue in Meridian (it's in the info box on the right under the photo—the ads kind of hide it.)

Re: “Idaho Book Extravaganza

I would like to know of all book fairs in Idaho. I am a published author in Rupert, Idaho and I am limited to marketing in the area. I wish I had known about the Boise extravaganza.

Re: “Yeah No Totally Soars Like a Lead Balloon

Yeah. No. It took me more than a week to stop my children from saying this assinine phrase. If you say it to me in any context you will be totally and completely ignored. Just as this book should be. And no, I didn't read it. I used the pages to line the bottom of the bird cage and wrap fish for the trash. Just sayin.......
