Re: “In Immigration Protest, Idaho Tea Partiers Decry 'Liberal Fascists'

99.9 % of the Poor vote Democrat because the Democrats give the poor free stuff with taxpayer money, for example generous government student loans and grants like the Pell Grant coupled with government loans equate to Professors salary. The Democrats like Open Borders "Open Doors" equate to Democrat Votes this is why you see Sanctuary Cities equate to Democrat Votes to stay in power. This is why the inner city is flush with welfare equating to keeping the poor poor taking away the incentive to work and demoralizes their self-esteem safeguarding the D Vote. Find out who is behind the protest and you will know more about the event. People that are working for socialism are usually the culprit. Footnote: With a non biases News Media they would have researched the story and have the answers but unfortunately they are for pushing their Narrative open borders, open doors... This has nothing to do with Love and all to do with Greed...

Re: “CWI Suspends Enrollment in Culinary Arts Programs

Any news on if and when this program will open up again? I was upset to learn 2 years ago the program was suspended, but there has not been an update since that I have found.

Re: “Idaho Man Sentenced for Bettencourt Dairy Animal Abuse

I live in Idaho and im sick after watching PBS Show on animal cruelty. I raised cows as a kid and cows DO have feelings. These people needed to be in prison! Not for days but years. Then they pass a law making it illegal to video the abuse. Fuckin shameful Idaho! I hate government ruining our lives.

Re: “Idaho State Police Underage Alcohol Sting: Most Businesses in Compliance But Adults Still Willing to Purchase Booze for Minors

Idaho is 1 of 13 states that have no provision in law to use persons under the age of 21 to do these stings.

It is extortion, using an agency of government, acting under authority of law, without having any authority under the law to conduct such stings. This qualifies under US. Title 18 as racketeering under color of law.

Furthermore a class action suit would be suitable in that this has been going on unchallenged for many years now, and effecting many thousands of business owners and their duped employee's.

I'm currently involved in the defense of such a sting and they are eager to dismiss the case with the stipulation we pay the $300 bond. I won't accept their offer.

Re: “Idaho Leaders Fight for A-10s and F-35s at Gowen Field

There has been prior battles between Treasure valley residents with Boise officials & military officials where citizens have used facts to defeat the feasibly of basing or allowing F-35s at Gowan Field.
Data on the F-35's have shown that by EPA standards over 5,500 hundred homes & businesses in Boise & Meridian area flight path would be rendered 'uninhabitable' by the horrific noise the F-35 produces.
I'm a patriot & strong supporter of our military & former pilot, but once again we citizens will need to rein-in the destructive greed of our politicians & the Special Interest Lobbyists who wag their tails.

Re: “Ugly Emails Between Idaho Vet and Idaho Legislator's Wife

What is wrong with her response? It's her truth and she is also protected by the constitution in terms of freedom of speech. She represented her husband while he was ill and she has the same rights as any other American. The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right of freedom of speech which allows individuals to express themselves.

I like that she called him on it.

Re: “Sandpoint-based Coldwater Creek to Close all Stores by Early Summer

I was employed by Coldwater Creek and the biggest problem was their return policy. We HAD to return any item that was purchased -- even clothing that was years old, worn out and not stylist any longer with no comments to the customer. Even when we saw customers stealing from the store, we were told, "Our customers do not steal", and therefore, we were not allowed to do anything about it. This, in itself, was the downfall of the company. No business can stay successful with crazy return policies and stealing.

Re: “The Toasters Are Better Than Their Stage Banter

randomly came across your article trying to find out if anyone had a similar experience to mine. turns out, you did! i saw them last saturday in Fredericksburg, VA at the 2015 VA Ska Festival. he said things like "...bunch of cousin-fucking inbreds.." and "rednecks" when referring to the crowd. he also complained that there was no AC at an outside event. he proclaimed "if you wanna see a 'real' toasters show, come see us in New York." it didnt bother me at the time, because i was busy enjoying myself. regardless, i will not see them again, and will recommend anyone interested to avoid it. dude is a prick.
