Re: “What Constitutes a 'Clean, Sober and Safe' House in Idaho?

I bought a home on a Cul-de-sac approx. 5 years ago hoping to retire soon. I work full time and have put my heart and soul into fixing up my home so I would not be replacing things that went wrong later. Since I have moved to Boise Id, not one, or two, but three halfway houses have sprung up in my cul-de-sac. I have a revolving door of new faces waking up and down the cul-de-sac that have freshly came out of prison. I know none of these people. I do not know what crimes they have committed, although one told my neighbor she had murdered her boyfriend. They smoke and throw butts on my yard and I pick them up, one person vomited on the walk and I washed it off, steady traffic in and out, in and out. I have been in the criminal field in Texas for many years and if I had known this was going to happen I would have never moved here. I am a single woman and I am now scared to live here. No one came up to me and told me anything about 3 halfway houses coming to my cul-de-sac.
