Re: “Hate Crime Training for Police Is Often Inadequate, Sometimes Nonexistent

There is no such thing as a "hate crime". A black man harms a white woman, or the same black man harms a Chinese man. There is no difference. Harm was done and the person who committed the harm needs to be brought to justice. Only idiots, and those who are truly racist and bigoted, will try and make the harming of one person worse than the harming of another. Hate Crime labeling is nothing but moral deception and the creation of "protected" classes of people which will lead to abuses of class.

Re: “Public Outcry May Have Nixed a Job Training Facility for Veterans in Boise

That building has been a bar/restaurant/event center for 30 years. It has served the community as a gathering place and has been a wonderful amenity, when run properly, and was part of the reason many bought homes in the area. It needs to stay as a wonderful centerpiece to Lakeharbor's serene ambiance. The proposed use is completely mismatched with that location.

Re: “Boise State Signs on for Varsity eSports

Playing mobile games is the most enjoyble activity for kids and adults. The technological superiority battle between smartphones and tablets continues in the mobile gaming industry. It is unfair not to include friv 2 if the best games list is made regardless of which operating system friv is operating.
