Re: “Le Coq d’Or

This is a beautiful dining experience, with Sinatra music sung by a gentleman that made us think Sinatra himself was singing, and the Filet Mignon is the best I have ever had. Worth the time and money to drive out and have an elegant dinner.

Re: “Project PATCH Youth Ranch

I was a resident at Project Patch for 19 months and I can absolutely say it saved my life. Seeing reviews where folks are saying there was no counseling really surprises me because that is absolutely not true! I dealt with some heavy and big issues and came out the other side. It was hard work and when I left I relapsed but when I was ready I had the tools and the support waiting for me.

Re: “Fanci Freez

Kendri Leengkeek is not to blame. I blame Boise Weekly for allowing someone who is either under the influence or has mental issues a place for their "rants". Boise Weekly should be ashamed.

Re: “Lima Limon Peruvian Restaurant

I eat at Lima Limon frequently. Everything is made fresh when you order it, but that takes time. The flavors are a treat for those that wish to escape the mundane routine menu.

I have had negative experiences at many restaurants that people rave about, and sadly, one can get that bad day about anywhere.

I would give the food a 5, the service being slow a 3, and the atmosphere a 4. The bar side is excellent for BSU Football games, no smoking. Warm, attractive restaurant and bar.

For those that seek a fresh, friendly, and unique dining experience, I highly recommend Lima Limon!

Re: “North End Chinese

Closed Saturdays. We go here often in spite of it being hit or miss. Usually good though.

Re: “Cowgirls

Went with my girlfriend Saturday 3/7/15 drinks are little overy priced music is decent and the crowed is loud but not out of control Like some of these post have said. I think we hit a good night though. Dancing was what makes my post 4 stars it wasn't too crowded and everyone did their own thing. diverse in age as well. I'll definitely be back.

Re: “Ha' Penny Bridge Irish Pub and Grill

What a great venue! My husband and I have been there many.. many ...MANY times and never have we been disappointed. We just celebrated my husband's 40th bday there with about 40+ friends and the (very nice) staff were awesome and cut the bar tab off almost to the dollar of where I wanted it stopped. Dell the owner is a peach and he was hands and quick to answer any questions I had for setting up the party.

I also recommend the Shepard's Pie....yummy!

Re: “Surprise Valley Clubhouse

This place is perfect for any kind of party for any age. I have lived in the neighborhood all my life, and have loved coming here in the summer to swim and even using the clubhouse part in the winter for parties. Sometimes in the, summer it is fun to go to the downstairs part and workout and then go swimming and take a bike ride or a run back to your house.

Re: “Java Culture Coffee Co.

Most people mess up my white chocolate americano but they did a great job and, unlike starbucks, their frappés taste good without espresso. I liked the place but after reading up on the owners I'm torn.

Re: “Sam's Saloon

The only place in the valley with $2.50 drinks. Mike's is also $2.50. Level pool table. Worth the drive from Nampa.

A very nice place to go to talk or read or just think, and the coffee is good as well. The people are nice as well as the service.

This place is great, the food is good, the prices affordable, the service groovy, and the ingredients wholesome. This is a great place to go for any occasion, I take people there all the time.

Re: “10th Street Station

Since new owner Dan K. took over a few months ago (maybe closer to a year now) 10th Street Station has improved vastly. Higher-end liquors, better beers, and proper pint-sized pours! And say what you will about the smoking ban, this place desperately needed cleaner air. There aren't a lot of places that don't blare music all night, and although when it's crowded it can be loud inside, it's still a pleasant place to be most times.
