Re: “Mr. Obama: Resign Now

I wish things moved faster in government and I too am a blue girl in a red state, however I believe in giving time. There was a DISASTER in our old administration and It is going to take time to unravel the mess. Again....please give me patients...but hurry. I am not ready to give up HOPE!

Re: “Lou Schlickman

Bravo Dr. Schlickman and Dr. Thompson.

Great article on an obviously caring physician within our community. I may not have all the answers to our health care debate, but we need citizens like Dr. Schlickman and Dr. Thompson who have the guts to stand up and say enough! Our society is great, our clinicians are increasable, now let's make sure everyone has the opportunity to receive services and NO ONE is left without health care.

Re: “Swine

DAILY....I see this DAILY! I can't practice good EFFECTIVE (cost and patient safety) for the reason's you have listed in your blog. What's the point of quick onset medication to lessen virus and protect both you from more costly hospitalization and to protect that poor shrieking little pharmacy technician who came uncorked when you offered her your phone to call your doctor. BAD BAD SYSTEM with you paying for the "right" to have insurance not for real insurance!

Re: “Barack Hussein Hoover

I am discouraged at the lack of "doing" and the amount of wimpy talk this administration has had thus far. I only hope we get more FDR soon and less Hoover!

Bravo! As a Nurse Practitioner I see this daily with my patients. I have my own "grass roots" campaign in my office and for a "Red" state, there sure is many of my patients who agree on this is an area we NEED to change.
