Re: “BW Honored at Idaho Press Club Awards

And George Prentice gets an award for yellow journalism? What next??? For the record, this is what I wrote to the editor that never made it in print. Guess they were too embarrassed to let the truth be known...

Your December 14, 2011 article “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health” contained numerous factual errors and misquotes. This letter will be an attempt to correct these errors. Since the material used in the article allegedly came from a recorded interview and email, I can only assume that the recording malfunctioned and email clarifications got lost. This is sad since I had made myself quite clear that I would be available to George Prentice for any clarification he needed for his article when we met on October 25, 2011.

The Idaho governor's office never warned Ingri Cassel or anyone else about telling parents that they should alter the state issued exemption form. To the contrary, this was even encouraged by the health department and the governor's office. What my point to the governor's office was the violation of Idaho statute – I.C. 39-4802 where it states clearly that a statement from the parent or legal guardian objecting to the required vaccinations is all that is required; not an incriminating state exemption form. I was telling parents to NOT fill out the state form and submit a signed statement instead as required by law and used up until the current school year. It was this advice that the governor's office warned me about, referring to the new Admin. Rule requiring a state form as Administrative Law and Administrative Code.
Senator Shawn Keough has never been an ally of Vaccination Liberation. However, as she stated, she agreed with me that Idaho Admin. Rule 16.02.15 was in violation of Idaho statute and she plans to address this during the coming legislative session.
The quote attributed to me about using the term immunizations for vaccinations is also not accurate. A more accurate quote would be, “We do not use the term immunization for vaccination since immunization comes from the word immunize which means to strengthen immune function and vaccines do just the opposite; they weaken immune function.”
Ingri Cassel is not the president but the director of Vaccination Liberation, an association dedicated to providing information on vaccinations not often available to the public so one can make the only informed choice, complete avoidance and refusal. Our board of directors considers our volunteer efforts a form of tithing. What little money comes in is spent on websites, mailings, copies and literature. We are not a business but an all-volunteer network comprised of members who receive benefits from our collective efforts to provide educational materials and assistance in obtaining legal exemptions to state and employer vaccine mandates. This collective and all-volunteer effort does not require state approval nor registration with the state.
Proof reading errors occurred when showing a suggestion on how to change an incriminating statement on the state exemption form.
The article ends with a quote that claims I said “over my dead body.” This is not something I would say. The quote was clearly taken out of context. I was speaking about the December 2010 and January 2011 Minutes from Idaho's Immunization Assessment Board where it is clear that a couple members are anxious to have the FDA approve HPV vaccines for boys. Gardasil was to be purchased for our state over Cervarix due to a better price for a large quantity purchase. This was mentioned since the FDA had just approved HPV vaccines for boys and the CDC added it to the recommended vaccine schedule.

Prior to the interview, George Prentice assured me that The Boise Weekly was an alternative newspaper and was independent from corporate control. So imagine my surprise when I saw the rehashed propaganda about Dr. Andrew Wakefield after I had given him ample information that contradicts what he decided to parrot from corporate news outlets. We suggest that the next time The Boise Weekly covers a controversial issue, the assignment be given to a reporter that has accurate recording equipment, a history of doing their homework, and that a second reporter come in to double check for accuracy.

It should be noted that Vaccination Liberation members are liberated from fear – the kind of fear promoted in this article through statements allegedly made by Christine Hahn, Bill Gates, and Dana Williams. By understanding how the body actually works and how to effectively treat all manner of diseases, we are liberated from the fear that grips adherents of the vaccine religion.
In the Spirit of Truth,

Ingri Cassel, director

Re: “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health

It should be noted that Dr. Wakefield's findings have been replicated by other researchers/scientists. See…

* A new investigation into Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s hotly contested MMR-autism study concluded there was no fraud committed by Dr. Wakefield
* At least 28 studies from around the world support Dr. Wakefield’s controversial findings; Dr. Wakefield has also published dozens of peer-reviewed papers looking at the mechanism and cause of inflammatory bowel disease, and has extensively investigated the brain-bowel connection in the context of children with developmental disorders such as autism.
* Growing research is now supporting the link between gastrointestinal disturbances and autism; it could be that if your child has suboptimal gut flora, vaccines can become the proverbial "last straw" – the trigger that sends his/her immune system over the edge into the development of chronic heath problems

Again, the Boise Weekly article was extremely poorly researched and crafted. Boise Weekly should be embarrassed to print such blatant propaganda.

Re: “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health

Hello Health Freedom,
Thank you for your fabulous posts! I have Cynthia Cournoyer's first book and wouldn't have known that she has a revised and updated edition if it weren't for your post here. I plan on ordering it since she is on the same page on this issue.
How to do hotlinks? Not sure it will work for you but all I did was highlight the url on the top of the screen where I was citing from and then copied it and pasted it in the comment here. I am pretty sure that this is also what Idaho Spud did. Is that what Mr. Gavin also has been doing? It is fairly amazing why he persists in addressing a few of your posts with the same unreliable and discredited resources but refuses to respond to your pointed questions here. Also, he has had easy access to articles that require membership by, usually, a medical doctor. Hmmmm.

Re: “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health

Esther, have you travelled to a third world country recently? You stated in part -
"...a vaccine that will be given (due to Bill Gate's vaccine program) in a Third World country where not being inoculated against diseases can maim or kill...."

Do you really believe that these poorer nations need vaccines over fresh, healthy food and clean water?

There are many doctors speaking out in these countries to try and stop the WHO vaccine machine that is devastating the health of their country's children AND sterilizing their women. Here is an older article (1995) with references from Human Life International.

None of the vaccines used for the WHO 'tetanus' programs were licensed...

Dr. Leo Rebello, a homeopathic doctor in India, discusses problems with vaccination and homeopathic alternatives to promote immunity without vaccination on this YouTube.

In India, they have areas with 100% coverage of polio vaccine, with many children having 8-10 doses. Outbreaks of 'polio' among the children given several doses of vaccine are common.

There are many articles from 'official newspapers' in those countries that are more recent and corroborate this older information.

UNICEF Nigerian Polio Vaccine Contaminated with Sterilizing Agents Scientist Finds

Some 15 years ago - on May 11, 1987 - the highly respectable London Times newspaper published a Page 1 article which made the bold assertion that the World Health Organisation (WHO) had "triggered" the AIDS epidemic in Africa through its small pox immunisation programme.
According to the London Times article - "WHO information indicated that the AIDS league table of Central Africa matches the concentration of vaccinations - the greatest spread of HIV infection coincides with the most intense immunisation programmes . . ."

Back to basic logic - injections of foreign proteins (bacteria/viruses cultured in diseased tissue) coupled with formaldhyde, thimerosal, aluminum hydoxide, phenol (known poisons) cannot possibly make anyone healthier or "prevent disease".

Also, Mr. Gavin never tells us what really caused these infants in California to die. I had pertussis as an infant and didn't die. Why???

Outbreaks Proof that Whooping Cough Vaccines Don't Work…

Many whooping cough victims have been immunized…

Re: “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health

Creating Mass Mindedness

First, create blind belief. Blind obedience will follow. This is The Formula:

1. Ideational Underexposure: People must be persistently and consistently exposed to only one point-of-view, one way of thinking about a subject. Other ways of thinking—or interpreting data—must be ignored or denigrated. Thus, the art of questioning, which is central to the development of the critical faculty, is stunted. Why? Because the critical or discriminating faculty is an aspect of the intellect and the intellect learns by comparison.

2. Fear and guilt: People must be programmed to believe in some threatening external agent from which they can be saved only by the intervention of a product, person or collective movement. In the case of vaccinations, transform non-transmissible diseases into transmissible ones. Transform relatively benign—for a healthy child—self-limiting diseases of childhood such as mumps, measles, rubella and even whooping cough, into something "dread," "devastating," or "dangerous," which places a child "at risk." Make parents feel guilty by accusing them of medical or even child neglect for failing to vaccinate their children. Get legislation passed that will enforce this policy. If this succeeds, up the ante and have parents accused of child abuse.

3. From private to public: Transform a private issue into a public health problem. Claim that the old 'scary' diseases of yesteryear like smallpox and diphtheria—and more recently polio—were "conquered" by vaccinations and that enough unvaccinated persons could leave the community open to the old plagues and diseases that nearly decimated earlier populations. Point the finger at the unvaccinated for not doing their civic duty and exposing the community to danger.

Call vaccinations "immunizations" and unvaccinated persons "unimmunized," thus implying that natural immunity is non-existent and that only vaccinations produce immunity.

4. Bandwagons: People love to belong, to march together for some 'righteous' cause. Give awards to those who are most compliant—good soldiers. Becoming creative with statistics and even events is frequently necessary. Exclude skeptics and non-conformists from policy making processes and public forums.

5. Learn the tapes: Tape 1: Trust vaccines: "The benefits outweigh the risks." This means, of course, that vaccines are a lot safer than the natural disease. Tape 2: Creative statistics: Vaccine side effects are extremely rare, while the side effects of natural diseases can be "devastating." Tape 3: Denial: It would have happened anyway." This is to be recited when a distraught parent claims her child was neurologically damaged by a vaccine. Tape 4: Good Soldier: "When your child died s/he saved the lives of 10,000 babies."

Thus programmed, people can believe in absurdities. Some of these are:

*The medicine I take to protect me won't work unless everyone takes the same medicine.

*If I don't take the medicine I could endanger those who do.

*The fox is the expert who should be in charge of the hen house.

*Ideas and events are context free.

*Assembly line treatments such as mass, compulsory vaccinations are sound policies because our bodies are machines disconnected from mind, spirit, poetry, philosophy and all that makes us human.

What will future generations say about us? Will they read in their history books: They poisoned their food and ate it? They poisoned their water and drank it. They poisoned their air and breathed it. And wonder of wonders, they poisoned their bodies to prevent disease.

Re: “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health

Thank you, Health Freedom and Just the Facts! I was unfamiliar with oldthinkernews and a few other posts that cite some other fantastic internet resources. Me thinks that people who still have a brain are able to see through the incredible, blatant lies put out by govt. agencies backed by the medical/pharmaceutical industries. Thought you might like this one that Dr. Betty Martini of Mission Possible sent me -

EU bans the claim that water can prevent dehydration…

Just in case some of you haven't seen this!

The European Food Safety Authority after three years of careful deliberation by 21 Eurocratic experts in Parma, Italy have prohibited bottled water packagers from saying it prevents dehydration. Stiff penalties and prison will face those who make such a claim.

How wonderful! 75% of our bodies is water, 85% of our brains and 92% of our blood. We exhaust several liters of the liquid every day; doesn't that prove it's useless? EFSA's gifted, wise, educated (& overpaid) scientists finally announce this stunning revelation: water won't hydrate! Pity the explorer trudging the Sahara burdened with a heavy canteen, how unnecessary!

I believe a natural question needs here to be answered by these august authorities:

What were they drinking? Champaign or Chianti?
Truly, in the land of fools the Idiot is King!

Now get this straight! In 1994 EU issued Regulation #2257 commanding bananas to be "free of abnormal curvature" thus to protect us from a dread plague of bent fruit. Another rule orders straight cucumbers, Oh my!

These are the same people who tell the world the deadly chemical poison, aspartame, is safe, so what do you expect?

Re: “Idaho's Epidemic of Fear: Vaccination Liberation Movement Takes a Shot at Public Health

And Children's Tylenol is what doctors recommend parents give to their children after having a reaction to the injection of multiple bugs, germs, viruses, aluminum, thimerosal, formaldehyde, polysorbate 80, phenol, etc. But there is no conspiracy to harm our children unless an 'official' source let's us know???

Johnson & Johnson Inc.
136 million "bottles" recalled in April 2010:…

"Unexpired products " were recalled :) If you use Tylenol past the expiration date, they apparently assume you are liable for their defective drugs.…

Secret Recall, text copied below:…

Secret Recall of Children's Tylenol Sparks Lawsuit

By Joe Harris, Courthouse News Service
05 January 12

In a scorching complaint that cites internal company memos, parents say their child died because Johnson & Johnson issued a "phantom or stealth recall" of tainted Children's Tylenol, buying up the drugs from stores on the sly without issuing a recall, "so the general public, ignorant of the dangers, would continue buying and administering these brand name drugs to their children."

Daniel and Katy Moore say their 2-year-old son River died of liver failure in July 2010, the day after he took Children's Tylenol.

They sued Johnson & Johnson, McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Costco and a long list of others in the chain of supply and distribution, and third-party contractors who allegedly bought up the over-the-counter drugs in the "phantom recall."

"Defendant Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 50 Company with $60 billion in annual sales, knew of defects, impurities and contamination in the children's drugs and, yet, embarked on a 'phantom' or 'stealth' recall of these drugs to hide these problems so the general public, ignorant of the dangers, would continue buying and administering these brand name drugs to their children," the complaint states.

Katy Moore says she gave Tylenol to her son River on July 22, 2010. Within 30 minutes, River was splitting up blood and he died the next day due to liver failure. River's parents claim the Tylenol destroyed his liver.

They claim the defendants ignored deplorable manufacturing conditions and had numerous recalls of its products, including its infants and children's Tylenol.

River's parents claim Johnson & Johnson and its McNeil subsidiary hired contractors to secretly go into stores that stocked the tainted products, buy up all the products and not mention the recall to anyone.

"This clandestine phantom/stealth recall was done without notification to the customers or the retailers to avoid the public shame, the financial impact and regulatory ramifications of a formal recall," the complaint states.

It continues: "the purpose of the phantom/stealth recall is evidenced in an internal email in which a McNeil executive said, 'We are just trying to prevent a recall and a lot of expended dollars.'

"In another email, a McNeil executive described the success of the phantom/stealth recall by saying, 'This was a major win for us as it limits the press that will be seen.'

"On May 27, 2009, defendant Peter Luther sent an email approving the unethical phantom/stealth recall and instructed, 'Let's make this happen ASAP.'

"Defendant Luther, who defendant Weldon praised as being a loyal J&J employee, was not fired for his intimate roll [sic] in the phantom/stealth recall."

Weldon is chairman and CEO of Johnson & Johnson, Luther the president of its McNeil subsidiary, according to the complaint.

The complaint continues: "At the direction of J&J and McNeil's third-party contractors, including [defendants] Inmar Inc., WIS International, and CSCS [Carolina Supply Chain Services], visited various retail outlets and purchased all of the Motrin IB in the store, acting like regular customers.

"J&J and McNeil directed their third-party contractors, including Inmar Inc., WIS International, and CSCS, not to discuss their purchases as being a recall of the product.

"Indeed, J&J's specific instructions to the contractors hired to perform the phantom recall indicated that they were to 'quickly enter each store, find ALL of the Motrin product described, make the purchase transaction, secure the receipt, and leave ... THERE MUST BE NO MENTION OF THIS BEING A RECALL OF THE PRODUCT!' [Ellipsis in complaint.]

"J&J and McNeil subsequently misrepresented to the FDA that their third-party contractors were merely performing an audit of retailers to determine whether McNeil should initiate a formal recall.

"The FDA eventually became aware of the phantom/stealth recall when it received a copy of an internal memo containing the above instructions and confronted McNeil regarding those activities.

"On July 9, 2009, as a result of the above, McNeil publicly recalled the Motrin IB, at a delay of approximately 8 months.

"This phantom/stealth recall, in part, spurred the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to conduct a congressional investigation and hold two separate congressional hearings in 2010."

But River's parents say it was too little, too late for their son.

"Johnson & Johnson and its highly compensated executive knew of the problems with their products, and instead intentionally decided to gamble with River Moore's life because they were more concerned with company profits and meeting the Wall Street analysts' earnings projections, than the health and safety of American children," the complaint states.

"As a result, the contaminated Children's Tylenol, which never should have been on the market in the first place, caused River Moore's liver failure and death."

River's parents seek punitive damages for product liability, recklessness, breach of warranty, negligent infliction of emotional distress, violation of consumer protection law, civil conspiracy and wrongful death. They are represented by Thomas Sweeney with Messa & Associates.

Defendants include Johnson & Johnson, McNeil-PPC Inc., McNeil Consumer Healthcare, McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals - a division of McNeil PPC Inc., Costco Wholesale Corporation, Inmar Inc., Carolina Supply Chain Services, Carolina Logistics Services, WIS International and eight Johnson & Johnson officials.
