To add to the previous two letters, the contractor is generally the one that provides the fence to protect their equipment, supplies, and property during their construction project. I find it "interesting" that those interested in bidding on the project just had their walk through a few days ago. The bids are not due back for almost two weeks. The bids then need to be evaluated and the winning bidder notified. Even under the best conditions, the company winning the bid won't start until the last half of May. Ms. Luna, how is one tent holding up the project when the winning contractor can't even begin to move in for, at the minimum, a few weeks? Just asking a simple question.......
