RUN EXTENDED THROUGH NOV. 11.

Billed as "an irreverent, occasionally shocking and perpetually hysterical romp to hell and back," Hand to God is perhaps the most provocative performance to reach Boise yet. In the play, a Texas boy tries to please his mother by joining her Christian Puppet Ministry, but his efforts are soon complicated by his puppet alter-ego. Written by Robert Askins and directed by Matthew Cameron Clark, Hand to God merges comedy and horror, taking a deep dive into uncomfortable subjects that don't usually make it to the stage. For those who consider themselves unshockable, this is the perfect way to spend an evening.
