To gauge Barbacoa's popularity, just check out the packed reservation list, or the even tighter-packed parking lot. Ever since it swung open its doors in July 2007, and in spite of a devastating fire in January 2010 (it reopened a year later), Barbacoa has been wildly popular for Executive Chef Enrique Martinez's menu, which includes Latin steak, tenderloin and chorizo kabobs, and the best appetizers in town. But here's a strong hint: Make a reservation, now.
