Bleubird uses MFT's pulled pork

Almost out of the starting gate, Bleubird became a staple of Boise's downtown lunch bunch. Lines to get in stretched out the door, and the staff scurried behind the sandwich joint's zinc countertop whipping up Italian, roast beef, Cubano and its famous reuben sandwiches. The summer of 2014, Bleubird teamed up with the meat masters at MFT, a local barbecue and vegan restaurant on the Bench, to supply it with barbecued pork for its Cubano sandwiches--and let's just say the results are worth seeing (and tasting) for yourself.
