With the patio scene on Eighth Street getting more competitive every summer, it's no small feat for any restaurant to pull down the coveted prize of Best Brunch. At Fork, the emphasis is always on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, and that shows in brunch dishes like buttermilk biscuits with local jam and sausage gravy, Farmer's Market Hash and the Northwest Scramble topped with local white cheddar.
