Tie: Barbacoa and Chandlers


The menu at Barbacoa encourages a diner to "stimulate your senses" and "elevate your mind." And it's hard to fight that mantra when Barbacoa serves its certified angus beef or prime steaks on its famous "hot rocks." Favorites include the hot rock filet, a 10-ounce filet with flaming cognac sauce.

The very picture of fine dining, Chandlers' menu of steaks is a sight to behold, including its choices of corn-fed and grass-fed beef and American and Japanese Wagyu. Additionally, Chandler's offers signature bearnaise, chimichurri and cognac peppercorn sauces that can't be missed.
