NEW FAVORITE!!!!! This is a hidden gem in Eagle, so make a reservation because seating is limited. The atmosphere was relaxing and as soon as we walked in I felt like we were among friends. Angie brought us a plate of bread with a olive oil/balsamic vinegar dipping sauce that was very tasty. I had the tri tip with portobello merlot sauce, angel hair alfredo and my wife had the chicken stuffado with penne alfredo. My tri tip was both seasoned and cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and every bite was a treat! The portabello merlot sauce put this entree way over the top. My wife's chicken stuffado was excellent as well and fork tender. The alfredo was some of the best we've ever had. The portion sizes were perfect, we were full, but not stuffed and still took a bit home. Maybe next time we'll save room for desert. The service was great, not too much nor too little. Nice job, Angie! My wife and I both loved that the chef came out and talked with us, it's obvious Bill takes pride in his foods. In summary, The Stuffed Olive is what every restaurant should strive to be. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
