The co-owner of a Ketchum children's apparel store is behind bars, charged with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy at the business after hours.

This morning's Idaho Mountain Express reports Craig Lee, 47, is charged with two counts of felony rape of a minor under 16.  Detectives from the Boise-based Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force assisted in the investigation with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and Ketchum police. Lee was identified as a part owner of Tater Tots in Ketchum. Police said another co-owner cooperated fully in the investigation.

According to prosecutors, Lee is accused of exchanging nude online photos with the boy before meeting at the store on Sept. 9. Police said Lee was aware the boy was a minor.

Lee's bond was set at $150,000 during an Oct. 28 hearing. He is expected back in court for a Monday, Nov. 9 hearing.

Meanwhile, the majority owner of Tater Tots told the Mountain Express that she was shocked and saddened by the incident and ordered the store closed "for a period of time out of respect to the boy and his family."
