I have been brewing my own kombucha for a couple months now. I grew the SCOBY from a bottle of organic raw unflavored kombucha I purchased at the store. It took a while to grow, but was fun to watch. I have a continuous brew system set up so I drink about a quart a day, and was just able to divide my SCOBY up between 2 different really DO feel like a proud parent :) I love showing off my kombucha setup when people come over. Great article!
