Culinary Herbs

Elizabeth Dickey, education director at Idaho Botanical Garden, teaches participants how to grow their own herbs for use in cooking. Topics discussed in the class include how to grow annual and perennial herbs, how to preserve herbs for future use, and a variety of ways to use herbs in cooking, including recipes and samples of Dickey's favorite herbal dishes. Preregistration is required; the class size is limited.
