Re: “KIVI-TV Channel 6 Puts The 'Free' Back Into 'Freelancer'

KIVI NEWS used another journalist's published work (which holds a copyright) and did not cite the material, plus according to this report they lied to cover-up - this is commonly know as plagiarism; Jennifer Peterson, deputy counsel for Journal Communications, should already know this. Perhaps, Peterson's head is stuck up her PR. KIVI outright stole the copyrighted work of a Freelance journalist and called it their own - this is a violation of Federal laws. KIVI needs to be billed for Faramarzi's Freelance production or taken to court - any judge in the nation will rule in favor of Faramarzi. It will then become huge bad Pr for KIVI - oh, hello Jennifer. Furthermore, where is the chairman and professors in the communication dept. of B.S.U.? They teach the law to communication majors and should back-up their students. Faramarzi: the F.C.C. won't do anything to support the law unless someone complains or makes a good argument. You're in the "hot seat" Faramarzi - don't let them get away with this - time now, to step-up-to-the-plate with a good eye and give this curve ball, thrown at you, your best swing.

Sincerely,
