Early Voting Underway in Run-Up to Idaho Primary

Early voting began this morning in Ada County in the run-up to Idaho's Tuesday, May 17 primary election.

Ada County voters can cast early ballots through Friday, May 13, at the Ada County elections office (400 N. Benjamin Lane) and at Meridian City Hall (33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian), Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. A special early voting session only at the Ada County office is slated for Saturday, May 7, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.   

Canyon County has already had a full week of early voting, which will continue through this week and next at the Canyon County elections office (1102 E. Chicago St., Caldwell),
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The last day for early voting is Friday, May 13.

Early voting is also being held in Bannock, Kootenai, Nez Perce and Twin Falls counties.

Absentee ballot requests must be submitted to elections offices by Wednesday, May 11, and absentee ballots must be received by elections offices by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
