Elite Fighters Use Power For Evil

We don't mean to be alarmists, but ... everyone be afraid. Ninjas are among us, and they've already has a sweet taste of Boise's premier felonious fruit: convenience store cash. Other local media have reported that it was simply two men dressed as ninjas who robbed a 7-Eleven at Ustick and Maple Grove late last Friday. They're wrong. These guys were the real deal. After all, according to police spokeswoman Lynn Hightower, even a K9 unit had no luck tracking the stealthy pair after they threatened a clerk with a knife—not a sword, as has been reported elsewhere—and vanished with an undisclosed amount of cash. Anyone with information about this robbery should call ... who are we kidding? Nobody could solve this crime. These guys are ninjas, for crying out loud! Hightower acknowledged the possibility that the warriors may have been in a dark 1980s model sedan soon after the robbery, but said the night was too dark for witnesses to be sure. Because the ninjas planned it that way.
