Gentle Yoga 

When: Wednesdays, 10-11 a.m. Continues through Aug. 27 2015

This four-week class is for individuals who may have extra considerations during exercise or for those wanting an easy and accessible breath-centered yoga practice. Appropriate adaptations of poses will be offered when needed to provide comfort, reduce pain and promote healing. The session will also include breathing exercises and iRest Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation protocol proven effective for enhancing quality of life.
