Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden is making a rare appeal to the public in his office's investigation of a Boise school bus driver suspected of the sexual abuse of children.

Quinton Winfrey, 44, is behind bars, charged with felony sexual battery of a minor, but investigators are encouraging anyone with information about Winfrey to contact the AG's Idaho  Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force at 208-334-4527.

Winfrey was arrested in March after police said a 17-year-old received sexual messages online from him. Investigators say Winfrey was a driver for a contracted bus company hired by the Boise School District. His routes included Capital High, River Glen Junior High and Pierce Park and Shadow Hills elementary schools. Winfrey is currently being held at the Ada County Jail on $100,000 bond.
