Rylen Feeney leads a two-day (April 25-26) enthusiastic and interactive class on the importance of nutrition in a person's health and quality of life. Topics include the importance of whole, organic, local, and seasonal foods. Learn the energetic qualities of foods and how they affect the body—from vegetables, grains and legumes to animal products, tofu and tempeh. Food and snacks are provided.
