Re: “The Wheel Deal: Is Boise's Future Rail or Rubber?

But, the mayor of the city wants his trolley! If he gets defeated, he'll go down spending er... fighting .... with our money. We're already into his intended legacy tens of thousands for studies, investigative travel for him and his team, public promotions, marketing, etc., etc., -- when we were living on the tightest budgets in years/generations with schools destitute. We're struggling to get back on our feet and he's going to need more money. Really poor timing!

Re: “Ada County Paramedics Cope with Internal Tragedy After Two Commit Suicide

Such a well written, informative piece! Thank you, Jessica Murri for your sensitive treatment of all those living the reality.

Re: “Robert

That little guy endured a long, slow, intense torture at the hands of two selfish, heartless, evil, WEAK and incomprehensiblely cruel nonhumans -- who will now be able to feel the same fear Robert felt.... and for a long, long time. Couldn't happen to two more deserving creeps!

Re: “CNN, Turner Classic Movies Disappear From Local Cable Line-Up

I researched DirectTV's website, did not get answers to pertinent questions, i.e., costs among others; called them two different times - first customer service then sales - and still I could NOT get any cost reference from them! PLUS... sales insisted on me giving them personal information that had absolutely nothing to do with my inquiry! Sales told me the reason was because they "need to see if I QUALIFIED before they could answer my questions"! When I asked, "qualified for what?", she said to see if my credit qualified!! Jesus!! I wasn't buying anything!! I told her, I am simply price shopping so I could make a decision!! My next statement was, "You and your policies have just lost a strong potential customer!" What do they have to hide? And why would consumers want to do business with a company that won't be upfront with customers? Screw 'em!
