  • NBC News reports there was at least one more person in the room in the now-infamous meeting between Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, which took place at the height of Donald Trump's presidential campaign. NBC News hasn't named the person, but reports the individual is a former Soviet counter intelligence officer. Meanwhile, the U.S. President is in Paris today to take part in Bastille Day celebrations and the 100th anniversary of the U.S. entrance into World War I.

  • Mark Johnson of KTVB gave a blistering commentary following a Thursday night report of malicious graffiti that appeared outside Goodness Land restaurant. Boise Police are investigating the incident as a possible act of malicious harassment. The incident occurred on the 6000 block of Overland Road July 11 at approximately 10 p.m. The graffiti included Nazi symbols and the words "Rapeugees Shop Here."  "We cannot be silent when it comes to hate," said Johnson during the 10 p.m. broadcast July 13. "If you hate, you need to go. We don't want you here." Meanwhile, Boise Police are looking for a white male suspect between the ages of 20 and 30 with medium-length hair. He was wearing long shorts, white socks, brown shoes and a white T-shirt with a logo on the front. Anyone with information is asked to call non-emergency dispatch at 377-6790.

  • American TV critics are already grousing over who secured Emmy nominations on Thursday and who got snubbed. HBO hit Westworld and Saturday Night Live on NBC tied for the most nominations—22. Writers for The Hollywood Reporter were particularly miffed that House of Cards on Netflix got a Best Drama nomination while The Americans on FX was left out in the cold. The critics at The New York Times really didn't like the fact that Bojack Horseman (Netflix), Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (CW) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (Fox) weren't nominated for Best Comedy Emmys.

  • The folks at The Walt Disney Company have sent Star Wars fans into another head-spin. At its annual D232 Expo in Anaheim, Calif., Thursday, Disney unveiled a large-scale model of its new Star Wars-themed attractions planned for Disneyland in California and Disneyworld in Florida. Construction is already underway and the attractions are expected to open in two years.
