Re: “Dog Eat Dog

The article about Richard Yanez is ridiculous and someone should be ashamed of making this false accusation and then printing it. Richard and his wife are great trainers and we leave our dog with them all the time. We trust them completely. Cindy E.

Re: “Dog Eat Dog

The Dog House in our experience has provided safe, effective day care and training. My understanding is that there were six other witnesses to this incident of alleged abuse, and all but the gentlman filing the complaint felt that the trainer used appropiate actions to restrain a dog, and avoid a possible fight in the classroom. This seems to only slightly emphasized this in the end of the text of your story. Perhaps a better headline for this story could be "Trainer accused inappropiately" or "Accuser stands alone" or "Trainer stops dogs from injuring each other" or "Dog House Supported by K9 community" The way a story is outlined and headlined can really affect how it is perceived by the public. I hope that the paper will print a story about the outcome of the proceedings. I feel confident that the outcome will find that the six witnesses that saw the scenario differently than the accuser will be listened to. But the law is legal, not logical. I look forward to your accurate follow up.
